Isabel is a ball dahlia and like most ball dahlias she blooms profusely and is a good tuber producer. When Isabel and Pink Sylvie are side by side it is very difficult to tell the difference between them because Isabel can have a range of colors from pale purple to rosy pink. I’m moving Isabel to the “Blue Garden” in 2026 with Anna Cornelia and Lights Out and lots of blue salvias to see if that brings out more of the purple color.
